Augusto Fraga

Born in the Azores Islands, Augusto de Fraga studied cinema in Portugal, Barcelona and in New York.  In 2020 Augusto won a award for best music video with "Branko - Hear from you" and his script “Fish Tail” won a NETFLIX screenwriting competition, selected out of thousands of scripts. 

Transitions and dynamic camera moves are part of his usual skills and being also a camera operator, he is constantly looking for unseen angles and special camera languages. As a commercial director Augusto has worked with international brands such as Apple, Adidas, Nike, Asics, Mercedes-Benz, VW, Coca-Cola and Playstation, allowing him to feature many international sports stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Rafa Nadal, Lionel Messi and many many others.
